Depending on the type of event you’re planning, we can offer a complete set of cheerful, enthusiastic and professional staff and supervisors who are fully trained in hospitality and service. Staff will be dressed in Black & White attire to set-up the Buffet, serve you and your guests, clean Buffet area and package leftover food for you.

SERVE & CLEAN $18 per staff- $75.00 per staff per hour
Our Serve& Clean service is an accommodating service that provides professional wait staff and bar tending staff to private homes, function venues & caterers. We can accommodate any occasion, from casual to formal, with guest lists as small as six and larger events of 150. We also offer event planning services!
Sit back, relax & enjoy your guests! Our staff will arrive prior to your guests. They will help you with the last minute details, and take care of all your serving needs throughout your event. From start to finish…heating & serving appetizers & entrees, making the coffee & serving dessert, while clearing throughout the event
FULL SERVICE $28.00 per Staff Member per Hour of Service On- site
This Includes an hour for full buffet service plus a half hour each for set up and clean up. Buffet will set-up the Buffet, serve you and your guests, clean Buffet area and package leftover food for you.
Buffet Tables will be covered with your choice of White or Black Linens, Chafing Dishes and Floral Centerpieces complimenting your color scheme. Plastic ware (plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc) provided. Beverages attended at a self service beverage station.
“SELF-SERVICE” SET UP WITH DROP OFF $100
Food will be set up with chafing dishes for hot food and baskets or trays for cold food. Re usable/chaffing/food warmers require $100 refundable deposit. Plastic ware (plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc) included.
Kater 2U will set-up buffet before event you are required to clean the re usable/chaffing/food warmers, drinking dispensers baskets or trays after event. Kater 2U will arrange the pick-up and return.
DISPOSABLE DROP OFF NO CHARGE
All food is delivered in disposable pans and on disposable trays. All necessary plastic ware (plates, eating utensils, napkins, etc) are included. If you would like disposable chafers to keep the food hot they are $10 each and serving utensils are $1 each. Kater 2U will set-up buffet before event you are required to clean up after event.

Kater 2 U Katering is proud to handle bar services for a variety of private events. Kater 2 U Katering is fully licensed to sell and serve alcohol in the state of Missouri to complement your event.
Kater 2U is available to cater your entire event (food and bar services) or, provide the bar package exclusively. If desired, our professional and seasoned bar tending staff will arrive with all of the predetermined liquor, beer, wine and juices and be ready to provide a quality service at your event. We'll even make a "Signature Drink" at your request including a non-alcoholic selection for you’re under aged guests.
If you need bar services for your wedding or for an important corporate reception, you can be certain that Kater 2U can provide you the trained professional bartenders and beverage services needed to make your event complete. Our bar staff is available to you on an hourly basis, or you can simply purchase the necessary bar items and have a self-serve setup at your function.
*All packages include setup and cleanup of the bar, disposable glasses and cocktail napkins. Rental glassware is available for an additional price. Mixer Choices Include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, Diet Tonic, Soda Water, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Sour Mix, Bloody Mary Mix and Pineapple Juice.
Identification We are required by law to request I.D. from anyone who appears to be 30 years or younger. We will not serve alcohol to anyone who is unable to show proof that they are at least 21 years of age.
BARTENDERS & CASHIERS Bartenders are priced separately at 37.50 per hour (time to include setup and cleanup). Bartenders are complimentary with a minimum of 500.00 in sales for hosted bars Cashiers are 50.00 with a four-hour minimum. Bartenders will not perform any additional duties other than to assist your guests with their beverage selections. Cashiers are 15.00 per hour for each hour after four-hours. Bartenders are scheduled on a ratio of one bartender per 100 guests.
Guest Count Final bar guest count is due 14 days prior to the event.
Service Charges: Bar Setup Charge/licensing $250.00 Corking Fee $10.00 per Bottle Glassware Rental: $3.50 per guest
Payment Final payment is due five days prior to your event. Cash, check or credit card may make payment.
LIQUOR DRINK TAX The 10% liquor tax is included in the price of the beverage. Mixed drinks 6.00 bottled beer 5.00 wine 5.00 soft drinks & water 2.00
Remaining Alcohol All remaining alcohol, beverages (opened and/or unopened) and all other items will remain the property of Kater 2U Katering. By law, guests cannot remove open containers from the event site.
Premium Selections Premium and Import beverage selections and/or a Champagne Toast are available at your request for an additional cost.
Cash Bar Packages SETUP FEE We require a 100.00 setup fee for a beer and wine cash bar. We require a 200.00 setup fee for a full bar cash bar.
Host Kegs – Some people choose to order Vermont micro-brews, but most domestic beers are available as well. Full, half and quarter kegs available. Prices are available upon request.
Wine – $5, Beer – $4, Sodas/Water – $2 SETUP FEE.
We require a $250.00 Set up fee for all cash bars $100 per hour for cash bar $750.00 min for All Cash Beer, Wine and Soda Bars.
If minimum is not met, the difference will be paid by the host at conclusion of event with a credit card that will be on file.
Cash Premium Bar
Mixed Drink- $5 Wine – $5, Beer – $4, Sodas/Water – $2 SETUP FEE
We require a $250.00 Set up fee for all cash bars $125 per hour for premium cash bar $1000.00 min for All Cash Premium Bars.
If minimum is not met, the difference will be paid by the host at conclusion of event with a credit card that will be on file.
Open Beer, Wine, & Soda Bar
1st Hour-$8 (cocktail hour), 2nd Hour $3, 3rd Hour $3, 4th Hour $3, 5th Hour $3 SETUP FEE
We require a $750 minimum for open Beer, Wine, and Soda Bar
Open Premium Bar
1st Hour-$9 (cocktail hour), 2nd Hour $3, 3rd Hour $3, 4th Hour $3, 5th Hour $3 SETUP FEE
We require a $1000.00 minimum for Open Premium Bars.
If minimum is not met, the difference will be paid by the host at conclusion of event with a credit card that will be on file.
Services Options:
Combination Bar
A combination bar is a combination of an open and a cash bar. Combination bars are good choices for hosts that want to treat their guests, but want to control costs or liability by making sure nothing gets out of hand.
By Time
In this scenario, the event bar is treated as an open bar for a set period of time (usually an hour or two) and then it goes back to a cash bar. This makes it easier to control costs for all parties and still gives the guests plenty of options
By Tickets
Alternatively, you could give out a set number of tickets to each attendee and transition to a cash bar once all the tickets are used. This is another way for the host to control cost and is much more difficult to abuse then doing it by time. This works well for more corporate or professional events.
By Cost
This is where the host agrees to pay for all drinks up to X dollar amount and after that it reverts to a cash bar. This lets costs be controlled very strictly but still lets the host treat the guests and get the party going.
Terms and Conditions
Terms: A 50% deposit is required with the rental deposit. Final payment is adjusted to actual guest count and is required 14 days prior to event. Guest count cannot be lowered after final deposit is made. Prevailing state, local and municipal taxes apply to all contracts without tax-exempt status. Tax-exempt clients must provide an appropriate exemption certificate for our files.
Glassware will be provided in the bar through dinner. High quality plastic ware will be provided one hour before closing to minimize breakage. The event is concluded once the bar service is concluded and Kater 2U does not offer bar service after midnight. Everyone must vacate the venue within one hour.
In the unfortunate event of a death, friends and relatives of the grieving family will often send dinners, gift baskets and other food related items. Often times, this option is preferred in lieu of flowers.
We do understand that during this difficult time, the last thing you are thinking about is food, but Kater2u Katering can help you through the necessary events with our delicious and hassle-free catering. We will put together a memorial for you and your guests and take that headache away.

The food tasting is your opportunity to give us your honest feedback on specific dishes (too salty, not enough sauce, etc.) so we can adjust the dish to your specifications. It is also your opportunity to decide to serve or not to serve something what you are not quite sure your guest may enjoy.
